RADIATE is a four day conference for college students sponsored by Cru. Cru is world-wide Christian ministry dedicated to helping the Body of Christ fulfill the Great Commission. Cru is on more than 1500 campuses in the US and around the world. Local movements focus on Winning students to Christ, Building them in their faith, and Sending them to the World with the gospel.

Featuring

A typical day features a plenary session in the morning, seminars or special events in the afternoon, and another plenary session in the evening. During the conference there are opportunities to explore ministry options with Cru such as short-term missions project in the US and around the world. Other options include a self-guided prayer experience, a late-night student lounge, and meeting amazing people!

Day of Faith?

The highlight of the conference.This is a chance for our conference to share the love of Jesus with Orange County. This year we will have many different opportunities for outreach, including packing 100,000 meals for needy in the area, online outreach, and more.

When should I show up?

Registration begins at 1pm on January 15th, and will end 60 minutes prior to the first session. All students must go through registration to confirm your attendance, get your hotel room (if needed), and to pick up information and resources for the conference. Following registration, you are encouraged to unpack, check into your rooms, and get dinner (on your own). The opening session is currently scheduled to begin at 7:30, but times are subject to change.

How do I room with friends?

All hotel rooms are assigned during registration. If you want to room together, you must go through registration together. Everyone pre-registered is guaranteed a room at the conference, and we make every effort to give you a room with your friends. However, as more rooms are filled, it is more difficult to fill all roommate requests. Get there early to get a room with friends.

Where do we eat?

There are a lot of places to eat nearby. There are other restaurants just a short drive away. Some students also bring food with them and store it in a cooler. This works well for breakfast foods, snacks, and bag lunches. There are eating and coffee options at the hotel.

Will I need a car?

Nope. All events take place on the hotel grounds, except for the Day of Outreach, and carpools will be arranged for those without cars. Food is within walking distance, so you just need to get there and get back home.

What should I bring?

Toiletries, mobile devices (and chargers), Bible, notebook, food or money for food, and an expectation of hearing from the Lord!

Parking?

If you are bringing a car, you must notify the hotel when you check in to the hotel. You will have to pay for parking. Parking is not included in your conference registration fees.

*Note: Parking is $12 per day.

Can I bring a friend?

Yes. They will need to have a bracelet or other confirmation they have paid the conference fees. Please visit our conference office to register visitors.

Can I commute to the conference?

Yes. The commuter fee is $99 paid on the first evening of the conference. Or, you can pay a $40 for each day you show up at the conference. Please check in at the conference office. You will need some kind of ID (wrist band or other ID) in order to attend meetings.
